History
Delhi's Akshardham temple was completed in 2005 by the BAPS Swaminarayan organization, built in just five years by thousands of artisans and volunteers using traditional Indian architectural techniques — entirely of stone and marble, without any steel framework. In 2007, it was recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's largest comprehensive Hindu temple.
Spiritual significance
The complex also features a musical fountain show, an IMAX film, a boat-ride exhibition, and detailed galleries on Indian culture and history — offering both a spiritual and cultural experience.
