History
Prem Mandir was built by Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat (JKP), the organisation founded by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, and opened to the public in 2012. The entire structure is built from Italian Carrara marble, with intricate carvings depicting scenes from Krishna Leela and the Ramayana across its walls. It has become one of Vrindavan's newest yet most-visited landmarks.
Spiritual significance
The evening musical fountain and colour light show, which stages scenes from Krishna's life, is especially popular with visitors of all ages.
